Our Return Policy
We get it, things don’t always work out! We’re here to help get it right...
Online purchases may be returned by MAIL or to our brick and mortar Parpar store or within 14 days of the purchase date, for a full refund. Package is postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase. Please email email@example.com or call (416)657-3333 to obtain a Return Authorization number. We will not accept returns without an RA number. All items must be unworn, unused with the tags still attached and in resalable condition. Please note that we reserve the right to inspect and approve all returns based on the outlined conditions. We will not accept anything which has been worn, stained, altered or damaged.
Parpar will not be held responsible for any loss or delays of packages being returned. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.
ALL SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
For a store return please make sure to bring your receipt and the item(s) you would like to return ONLY to the Parpar store located at 649 St. Clair Avenue West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M6C 1A7.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.
