Online purchases may be returned by MAIL or in-person to our St. Clair West location ONLY (located at 649 St. Clair Avenue West , Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M6C 1A7) within 14 days of purchase.
If returning by mail - the package must be postmarked for return within 14 days of purchase. We will not accept online returns after 14 days of the original purchase date. Parpar will not be held responsible for any loss or delays of packages being returned. Return shipping fees are at the expense of the customer.
Effective December 2021, a return shipping fee of $8 will be deducted from your refund.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization number. Please indicate your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will not accept any online returns without an RA number. All items must be unworn, unused with the tags still attached and in resalable condition. We will not accept anything which has been worn, stained, altered or damaged. Please note that we reserve the right to inspect and approve all returns based on the outlined conditions.
ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND UNDERGARMENTS (including bodysuits and leggings) ARE FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment.
WITHIN CANADA FREE shipping on all orders over $100 before taxes.
For all orders under $100, shipping will be calculated at checkout. Parpar ships to Canada and the US. To put your mind at ease, we provide all packages with a tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and or sms update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number.
Duties and Taxes
Sales taxes will be charged at the applicable federal and provincial rates of the province to which the order is being shipped. You will not be subject to any duties upon delivery.
By placing an order with Parpar, you acknowledge that this sale occurs outside the United States, and that you are importing your order for non-commercial (personal) use. You also acknowledge that you will be listed as the importer for US Customs and Border Protection purposes and that your order will be imported into the United States in accordance with the necessary customs requirements. If any duties are required, the customer will be charged then as well.
